Product Details

Day Aggregates’ Brown De-Icing Salt is a traditional rock salt, expertly graded and treated with an anti-caking agent to ensure free-flowing application, even in damp conditions. This brown salt is highly visible on snow and ice, making it easy to monitor coverage and maintain safe, non-slip surfaces throughout the winter months.

Containing natural sand and dirt particles for added traction, this salt is ideal for de-icing paths, roads, driveways, and steps. It is sometimes referred to as Rock Salt, Red Salt, Winter Salt, or Road Salt, and is supplied in bulk, poly bags, or loose, and conforms to BS 3247.
