Product Types: One Standard, Consistent Performance
Primary, recycled, and manufactured aggregates are assessed against the same technical standards and specifications. Product origin does not change the compliance requirements – performance and suitability always come first.
Testing & Technical Data
All recycled aggregates are rigorously tested to comply with European Standards and national specifications, including the Specification for Highway Works (SHW).

- Ongoing verification of declared performance
For quarried and dredged aggregates, we maintain a comprehensive technical data library from trusted third-party suppliers.
CE Marking & Declarations of Performance
Under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), products covered by a Harmonised European Standard must be CE marked and supported by a Declaration of Performance (DoP).
Some highway materials, such as SHW Clause 803 Type 1 and 600 Series Capping, are not currently harmonised and therefore do not require CE marking.

Built-in Quality Assurance
Factory Production Control is a permanent, audited system that ensures consistent product quality from raw material to dispatch.
Our FPC systems are audited against relevant BS EN standards and maintained as part of our ISO 9001:2015 certification. When a product is supported by FPC, its declared performance is continuously verified at source.
