Product Details

Reject Sand consists of material taken directly from the same pit as building sand, but without the additional screening or washing processes. This gives it a coarser texture and a variable particle size, making it suitable for use as a trench backfill for services, a bedding layer beneath membranes, or as a preparatory layer before pouring concrete.

Also known as fill sand, Reject Sand is not intended for use in applications where a clean, fine sand is required, but it excels in bulk fill and general groundwork where cost and practicality are priorities.

This Sand provides contractors with a straightforward, economical solution for a range of site preparation and utility installation tasks.
