While we can’t showcase everyone, we’d like to introduce a few of the faces who guide and support these teams. They bring experience, passion, and a shared commitment to delivering excellence every day.
Chris has overseen our transport operations since joining Day Aggregates in 2001. With over two decades of experience, he leads a 200-strong fleet with a focus on cutting-edge truck procurement, driver training, and compliance. Under his stewardship, we’ve introduced advanced vehicles like DAF XDC eight-wheelers, prioritising safety, efficiency, and sustainability on every delivery.
Sean brought extensive transport and supply-chain expertise when he joined Day Aggregates as Head of Logistics in January 2025. With decades of leadership from previous roles, he now ensures that our logistics network meets the growing needs of our customers with precision and innovation.
Richard applies his 30 years of transport safety and enforcement experience (including leading the MPS Commercial Vehicle Unit) to his role at Day Group. He spearheads our risk management and driver education programs, safer roads initiatives, and continuous improvement of operations.
Chris has been ensuring transport safety and compliance at Day Group since 2013. He plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards across our fleet and operations, focusing on regulatory excellence, driver safety, and strengthening of operational practices. His commitment helps keep our logistics running smoothly and responsibly every day.
